Mar Ukva -or Mar Ukba-מר עוקבא
Mr. Oqba was a Babylonian Amoraim in the third generation of Amoraim. Was a disciple of Samuel. Served as a court pain in a rural town. Would secretly give charity, so as not to embarrass the poor.
It is said that he would secretly place four dinars every day in front of the house of the poor man living in his neighborhood, the poor man decided to check who was the benefactor with him. That day Mr. Oqba lingered a little in the beit midrash, and arrived late, and his wife came with him, the same poor man came out after them, and when they noticed this Mr. Oqba and his wife ran away from him and went into a boiling oven, Mr. Oqba’s legs burned and his wife was miraculously burned. His wife said to him: I am at home all day, and when the poor come to ask for charity I serve them prepared food, for immediate enjoyment, and not money on which they have to buy food, therefore a miracle is done for me.

From Road 89, enter Safed in the direction of Ziv Hospital, c. 100 m before the entrance road to the hospital, turn right in the direction of Kfar Akbara, after about 3 km, turn left on a dirt road and descend into the village, reach a branch through dirt and turn slightly left on the mountain road , Bypass the mountain and descend to the stream on the other side of the mountain, where a small spring springs, from there ascend with the stream, and turn left on a steep path that reaches the tomb of Akabia ben Mahalal and Admon. From there you turn south, and after about 1 km you see a high cave with many crevices around it, this is the place of the tomb of Mr. Oqba.
