The “Otzar HaSTam” Center in Safed is the largest center in the world engaged in the field of Torah scrolls, tefillin and mezuzahs. The Center is located on the summit of Mount Canaan in Safed, on a magnificent and spacious campus overlooking a breathtaking view, where heaven and earth are merged, we combine studies with practical experience, Torah with art and material aspects with spirituality.
