In the heart of the agricultural and green fields of the Judean Plain and the Jerusalem Mountains, the family goat farm, “Gaza Reckless”, was established 15 years ago, offering a unique rural experience for the whole family. At Deir Goat Farm, a visitor center and dairy for the production of boutique cheeses using traditional methods and without preservatives.
At your disposal is a boutique shop and a goat cheese deli, with the option of sitting in the place with a cheese meal, along with other products, such as chilled yogurts, coffee, wine, sourdough bread, olives and vegetables, all of which are strictly kosher.
A workshop for making country cheese can be booked by prior arrangement, which also includes a tour of the goat farm and tastings of dairy products. The activity is suitable for all ages and is suitable for families, couples, formation days for workplaces, schools, tourist groups, and more.
