Habayit Betzfat Ascent Safed

The Ascent Center was founded in 1983 with the aim of providing an introduction to the Safed spiritual experience and the heritage of Old Safed as a city of spirit, creation and art. Hence the name: ‘Ascent’ – Ascent, which means: Ascension. The city of Safed has been known since the sixteenth century as the city of the spirit and has become a focal point for thousands from the country and the world who immigrate to the city to taste the special Safed atmosphere. Since its establishment, the Ascent Center has become the center of interest in the city, which experientially instills the special spirit of Safed.
