Regina’s cuisine and menu also maintain an authenticity that reflects the spirit of the period. The menu consists of the best dishes and dishes of the various Israeli communities. Regina Restaurant is under the kosher status of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Rabbinate with a close supervisor from the opening of the restaurant until its closure and according to all the procedures of the Chief Rabbinate.
